New Science Experiment

I've been really busy the last month and my scientific studies have taken a back seat. Yesterday I blew the dust off my microscope and decided to again contribute to the vast knowledge of the scientific community.
It all started when I was rummaging though the refrigerator and I came upon some vegetables that should have been tossed a few days earlier. As I looked at the shriveled-up carrot I pondered "What's a carrot made of anyway?"
With my handy dime store microscope and my mail order x-ray glasses I discovered the answer -

Carrots are made up of tiny, fast moving, cranky carrot molecules. Not sure where they fall in the periodic table but they certainly are cute!

Oh, and here's what a green bean looks like at the molecular level - just as boring if you ask me...

Look for these Atomic Veggie Magnets in my ETSY store - filed under the "Weird Science" section of course...
